Sift Bake Shop is a nationally recognized French bakery located in the heart of Mystic, Connecticut. K Blake & Co. partnered with Sift to bring their elevated bakery and café experience to life through thoughtful commercial construction and detailed interior execution.

Our scope included interior buildout, finish coordination, millwork integration, and collaboration with the design team to ensure the space reflected the sophistication and precision of the Sift brand. From layout flow to material selections, every element was constructed to support high volume service while maintaining a refined customer experience.

Above the bakery, Mix Rooftop adds a completely different energy to the building. K Blake executed the rooftop restaurant buildout with careful attention to structural coordination, bar integration, exterior finishes, and indoor outdoor flow. The space was designed to maximize views of downtown Mystic while creating a polished, inviting setting for dining and cocktails.
