Following the success of the flagship location in Mystic, K Blake and Company partnered with Sift Bake Shop on the buildout of their Niantic location, bringing the same elevated bakery experience to the Connecticut shoreline community.

Our work focused on commercial exterior and interior construction, finish execution, millwork coordination, and creating an efficient service layout to support high volume production and daily foot traffic. The design carries the sophistication and warmth of the Sift brand while adapting to the character and scale of downtown Niantic.

The result is a refined, welcoming bakery space that strengthens Sift’s presence in Southeastern Connecticut and continues to serve as a destination for artisan pastries and café dining.
