Kody Blake
Co-founder and PrincipalKody Blake is a Co-founder and Principal of K Blake and Company and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm’s construction projects. Blake has over 15 years of experience on construction job sites, from growing up working with family building all aspects of small-town New England, to managing the successful completion of iconic New England mixed-use and residential properties.
He is also a Project Manager for ES Goodman Properties, a real estate development company focused on bringing to life traditional New England design with the features and amenities expected in modern builds.

Co-founder and PrincipalA lawyer and seasoned business executive, Goodman is not your average contractor. But as a hands-on thinker with a passion for building things that last, he wasn’t your average suit and tie, either.
Ten years into a career that took him from a financial advisor to professional athletes, to executive level positions in startup and established privately held companies, to leading executive searches, Goodman realized that his future was not in office spaces. Rather, it was applying his natural eye for detail, and project management to work that had more permanence, something he could stand back and admire.
Today he’s partnered with Kody Blake to create, in K Blake and Company, one of the most in-demand construction firms in New England.
