This project involved a carefully executed addition and full remodel of a Federal style home in Old Lyme. The goal was to expand the residence while preserving the balance, symmetry, and understated elegance characteristic of the original architecture. New construction was seamlessly integrated with the existing structure through matching proportions, rooflines, and exterior detailing. Inside, the home was reworked to improve flow and functionality while maintaining a classic, timeless feel. The result is a cohesive residence that respects its historic roots while supporting modern living.
